I was sitting still, and watching them,
The movements of the crying men,
Their queer antics, their weird game,
And flying came the bright paint,
Of a lively gathering, for joy meant,
They hugged, they smiled, let happiness reign,
But ah, its hurts, once again,
The bullet in my waist, brimming with pain,
Back to reality, blood creeps in shame,
They still embrace, but their daggers sent
Through each other, and the red torrent
Gushes and searches who to blame
Another day, a gathering, but in motherland's name,
Today, the bodies lie still in vain

Demon of Disbelief
The Sun still shines, the flowers still bloom,
But his sunken face has lost the smile,
The days of brightness are ruined in gloom,
The moments of love have met their doom,
Since I couldn't trust him for a while,
How could my faith be so fragile?
And now for corrections, there's no room.
As love and repentance rises and piles,
The demon in me sits and smiles,
The demon of mistrust, his weapon of doubt,
The baseless doubts, in my head, they loom,
From me, my dumb conscience cannot shout,
Tears don't flow, but my eyes fume,
My Demon has won, I'm blown out!
